All our services are free to our clients. As you may know, the Trump administration enacted many harmful and restrictive changes to the United States immigration system, including the Zero Tolerance policy, expanded immigration detention, and creation of the Migrant "Persecution" Protocols (MPP), in addition to countless others. While we cannot predict how or if the Biden administration will respond, we are hopeful in preparing for change to some of these harmful immigration policies and anticipate a high need for pro bono immigration services all around the country. We need the help of attorneys and accredited representatives for a variety of pro bono tasks with differing time commitments ranging from full representation to specific, singular legal tasks. We are currently conducting most of our services remotely, and most of the pro bono opportunities are remote.
