All volunteers are expected to serve as Festival Ambassador to answer general festival questions (e.g. directions, digital program, performances, survey, etc.)

Listen and respond to questions.
Be self-directed and operate without direct supervision.
Communicate effectively and promptly when issues arise.
Give directions to people on how to get to festival.
Know and recall elements of the festival programming.
Greet guests upon arrival to the main area of Payne Avenue, greeting people as they arrive.
Be knowledgeable of the times of performances and be able to answer questions or direct them to someone who can.
Assist guests in accessing survey through QR code.
Announce to guests with animals the "no pets" policy
Required Skills or Experiences
Must be able to proactively interact with people, be friendly, approachable, and open. This person won't be shy and will be able to start a conversation in any situation.
Assemble trash and recycling bins
Setup tables and chairs throughout the festival footprint
Chalk and tape festival grounds for marketplace
Setup chairs in performance tents,
Hang/install CAF signage (banners, yard signs, flyers, etc)
Required Skills or Experiences
Be able to lift at least 5-15 pounds
Be able to walk a distance to hang signage
Be able to bend to mark ground
