Dr. Lott specializes in technology and policy research, working to increase our understanding of the impacts of our energy systems on climate change, air pollution, and public health. She has authored hundreds of articles, op-eds, journal publications, and reports. She currently hosts The Big Switch podcast.
Dr. Lott previously served in roles at the Asia Pacific Energy Research Centre, International Energy Agency, U.S. Department of Energy, and YarCom Inc. She holds degrees from the UC Davis (B.S.), UT Austin (M.S. and MPAff), and University College London (Ph.D. in Sustainable Energy Resources and Engineering).
