Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to opt-out of “sales” of personal information and “sharing” of personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising” (as these terms are defined under the CCPA).

Under Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Utah’s state privacy laws, those state residents have the right to opt-out of “sales” of personal information and the processing of personal information for “targeted advertising” (as these terms are defined under these U.S. state privacy laws, as applicable).

Since these rights overlap with each other, you can effectuate the opt-outs above, collectively, by following the steps below.

Step 1: For opting out in relation to browser-based identifiers, toggle cookies off in our cookie preference center (e.g., via the “Sale or Sharing of Personal Data” toggle or clicking “Reject All”) or enable Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) on your browser.

Step 2: For opting out in relation to non-browser-based identifiers (e.g., email addresses), submit a request using this form or email privacy@airtable.com letting us know (i) that you wish to “opt-out” under U.S. state laws and (ii) which state you live in.
