Insomniac produces some of the most innovative, immersive music festivals and events in the world, including the largest multi-day music festival in North America: Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas. To help produce these festivals, concerts, and other events that take place all across the world, we need staff—and lots of them.

Before Airtable, the main problem with our recruitment process was that it was extremely difficult to keep track of candidates' employment history, their job preferences and more. Season after season, we would have to transfer over old information, cross reference it with other departments and review folders with hundreds of resumes, jumping across platforms to get this process done. Now, with Airtable, we've designed a unified database that lets us retain information on every candidate over time and allow us to automate part of the roster building process, benefiting multiple teams. This has made it much easier to bring back outstanding workers and place them in positions better suited for their skills.
