Tech Job Applications

“Did I apply to this job listing already?”

Trying to remember all the job applications you've sent out can be daunting, especially as you browse through different job boards and staffing agency job listings. You want to keep track of where you've applied, who you've spoken to, what the job description is, and when you submitted your application, which this base makes much easier.

This base is tech-centric because each application submission can keep track of the basic steps of the tech hiring process. These steps can be updated to fit your industry, though, it's just that tech has a notoriously long process that is helpful to keep track of.

There are three views of this board:

  1. All Submissions - a spreadsheet grouped by whether it was rejected or not, and sorted by submission date.
  2. **Recent Submissions **- a spreadsheet filtered to show the latest two weeks of submissions that have not been rejected.
  3. Submission Status - a kanban board organized filtered to show un-rejected apps, sorted by its step in the hiring process.

A deeper look at the process behind this base is available on dev.to!
