Church CRM

A powerful CRM solution for small churches and religious organizations who need both affordable and intelligent software.

About this Base

Most churches in the United States are less than 200 people in size. This typically means that the pastor may be the only paid staff member, and financial resources - especially for software - are limited.

ā€‹

While there are some great CRM solutions out there, many are overpriced or overpowered for the needs of the average small church leader. This template is meant to provide a starting point for small churches to easily build and use their own custom church management solution, or what is more commonly known as a CRM.

ā€‹

It's simple enough to be customized to fit many small church organizational structures and needs, but intelligently provides helpful insights into the people and communities that are involved. There are some powerful solutions (namely, blocks) that are added on as helpful extras, but many leaders would be able to easily and affordably organize and manage their congregations using the tools available in the free version.

What to Look For

Each table takes advantage of the various views that can be built in Airtable to provide unique ways of organizing information about people. While there are a few metrics and reporting features built in, the main focus is people - and how to best understand and track the relationships and important events related to them.
