I created this base to track my progress in the gym and general fitness/health. It provides you the ability to organize your workouts on the fly from your mobile and list your progress monthly. There is also a tab for your body stats (body fat etc.) and shows your monthly progress. I have found this to be a handy little tool that keeps me on track with my fitness goals.
