As a solopreneur business it's easy to just buy something new, instead of using the tools we already have access too. I use this table to keep track of software, hardware and website inventory.

I make a commitment to doing a full inventory check at the end of the year (often on the days just before New Years) but I also use it throughout the year to do quick check ins, and make sure I'm using what I already have acquired, or make a decision to get rid of it, recycle or pass along to someone else.
