This is a base to help you keep on top of your job search. It breaks the info into several categories: People, Jobs, Companies and Meetings. Here are some notes on the tables and views:

People > Active Prospects
This includes people designated as "hot" or "warm" prospects, sorted by the due date of the next planned contact. It also includes people with no prospect designation, which keeps those who still need your attention in view (i.e. someone you haven't spoken with yet).

**People > Cold Prospects **
People are marked as "cold" if they're someone to keep in touch with, even if there's no immediate opportunity. This view shows them in order of when you plan on contacting them. Though technically the same as the Active Prospects view, I find it helpful to keep them separated.

Companies
This table helps visualize when you have multiple contacts or positions at the same company.

Meetings
Using this table is not required, but it's helpful if you'd like to track your interactions at a more granular level.

This shows what each prospect designation means (hot, cold, warm, frozen).
