Additional Notes:

There is a Script used behind a Button Field on Web Leads called "Convert Lead". The script is documented at https://scotthemmeter.com/2021/09/30/airtable-creating-a-crm-part-4-convert-the-web-lead. The script may not have made it to this base through the Airtable Universe.

There are also 2 Automations that were created as part of this base, but may not have made it into the Universe template.

  • Web Lead - Submitted - when a new Web Lead is submitted via the external form, automatically set the Status value. This is because we do not want the status to appear on the Form.
  • Tasks - Handle Completed Date - When a task is marked as completed, run a script that timestamps a completed datetime field.
