I came to the product team at Frame.io to build out a user research function. We were doing very little user research at the time, and the research that we did do was lost in a sea of unorganized Quip documents.

I built out this Airtable base to centralize all customer feedback, analyze it, and make it actionable. This shows the product team which features are most important to our customers, and it also makes all of our user insight about a given feature available to the designers and engineers as they work on it.

We use this base to both manage product and design sprints, as well as keep track of all user feedback across every customer-facing team at Frame.io.
