A visual log of your lifestyle

Explore

To gain awareness of what we put in our bodies and how we practise self care, this visual log is a fun way to document and reflect on what meals and workouts looked like for the last week or month.

Why this system is better than others? More intuition, less anxiety.

Notice there are no fields to record caloric intake or output. Instead, the focus is on seeing overall what your meals and activity look like. By collecting lots of visual examples of what you eat and do, you can quickly reflect on how your week has been. For example, do you see a lot of green veges or lots of grab-and-go meals? Are you proud of the number of times you invested in yourself to work out? How did you feel when you took that photo after that run or walk? Because you don't post the pictures on social media, it really allows you to tune in and listen to yourself.

Here's how to get started easily and seamlessly on mobile.

  1. Copy this template and then create a Form view.
  2. Copy the share link to the Gallery view, paste it at the top of the Form (under the title).
  3. Send the link to the Form to yourself via email or an instant message.
  4. On your mobile phone, save the Form as a home screen icon.
  5. For each meal or workout, make a quick entry using that icon (takes less than 30 seconds).
  6. To view your Visual Log, simply open the form from your mobile icon and use the link you had added at the top.
