Save time and focus on what you do best with built-in Approval Automation

This Airtable base is customized for anyone who creates website assets (text content, graphics, photographs, videos, audio files, and databases) or any kind of digital deliverable (proofs, documents, invoices -- really anything you can add as an attachment to Airtable!). This base gives you a single place where you organize your digital deliverables. Feel free to copy this base, make adjustments to fit your needs, and run with it.

To take it a step further, we at Clockworks have add some built in approval automation, which is where this Base can really come alive. Now that you have all of your Assets organized, you want to be able to get the approved without dealing with texts or emails. We've built in a simple, yet powerful approval automation workflow that allows you to send out and manage the approvals process with the click of a button.

When you click on the link titled "Clockworks Link", we will pull in your digital assets, specified approvers into a clean Approval Request. After you submit the approval, we will automatically notify the approver(s) you specify (think: clients, internal stakeholders) and request feedback. Forget about managing feedback and approvals via email.

To get started, click on any of the "Clockworks Links" to set up your Clockworks account.

We love Airtable and Workflow Automation. We've helped some clients do custom Airtable integrations, and want to share what we learned with the larger community.
