This base is designed to track a staff list as a business shuts down during the COVID Shutdown. The goal of this base is to facilitate the formal informing of temporarily off-boarding employees so that they can apply for unemployment until the company can function again. Under the New York State on PAUSE orders companies must assure people's jobs when the company resumes operations. There is a second letter block to generate an on-boarding letter when employees can return to work.

There is also a view for tracking Paid Family Leave paperwork as an employee submits them to the companies insurance. The papers need to be completed by the company and sent to the insurer as well as back to the employee.

The second tab of the base is a website resource tracker for small businesses and employees during the shutdown. The information is particularly geared for New York State small businesses.
