This is the template our editorial team uses to keep track of & make decisions about our submissions. The form view can be customized (make sure to hide any fields that you'd prefer to keep private) and embedded directly into your website's submission page. In the grid view, your editors can keep track of their notes on each submission, select their recommendation (accept, reject, or needs another set of eyes), and keep track of communications had with the writer. We use a Zapier integration to send automatic confirmation emails when a new record is created in the base. The only manual part left in the process is sending out your acceptance and rejection emails!
