From Promises to Anchors

If you raise funds on an annual basis, this base will help you track your donors' pledges, interactions, and giving progress at a high level. From just a list of donations you'll get a grid-view breakdown of each donor's gifts per month. Just add pledge information to see each donor's progress, the total amount of funding you can expect for the year, and additional supporting details about donors who have lapsed.

Basically, this tool shows you an always-up-to-date landscape of your donor engagement and follow-up.

People of Calling

This base has grown into a light CRM streamlined to manage pledge-driven giving. We developed this base for our leaders and staff in the Underground Network who personally raise funding. As a movement of missionaries, we are a people with a calling, and our goal is to empower you to follow it more fully. With tools like this, you can focus your fundraising effort more effectively and then free up your time to pursue what you are called to do.

Getting Started

To make it your own:

  1. Delete all of the records in all of the tabs. It's just example data.
  2. Donations tab: Enter the donations you've received so far this year. You can also paste this in from a spreadsheet.*
  3. Donors tab: Fill in pledge and contact information for your donors. You can add donors here even if they haven't donated yet.
  4. Interactions tab: Enter any recent contact you can remember having with your donors.

* When you paste in donations, Airtable will automatically create new Donor records if the name on the donation doesn't match any of your existing Donors. If a donor goes by a different name than what's on their donations, put that in the Nickname column on the Donors tab.
