Keeping track of animals can be difficult, even as a small animal rescue organization. During my time as a volunteer for Adopt Meow (Chiang Mai, Thailand) we've tried several solutions, including Google Sheets, and dedicated software for shelter management. Google Sheets wasn't powerful enough and difficult to maintain. Dedicated software was over complicated, dated, and costly.

When our team started looking for a better solution, I put together this Airtable base to help us keep track of all cats and kittens in our care. It includes all of the things you need to know about each rescued animal, such as name, age, status, gender, sterilization status and more, with searchable gallery views.

There's a dedicated tab for vaccination and health information, that includes views to show when animals are due parasite treatments, vaccinations, FIV/Leukemia testing, and sterilization.
