Goodreads for research papers?

Yes, why not!

Let's clear up something: I am no academic! I have never done research in a hallowed university lab. I make no claims that this way of cataloguing research papers will help you in your graduate studies. That said, I have had the opportunity to read (and sometimes discuss) original research papers coming out of labs in universities world over. This base was borne out of my need to keep a track of papers I had read and the discussions, notes and extra reference materials like books and articles I discovered along the way.

In today's world of Fake News ā„¢ļø, it's convenient that a lot of really great research is available in the public domain so everyone can have a look at what is actually reported, at least so far as science is concerned.

This base is still a work in progress. I am hoping to get my reading up significantly over the next year or so. That said, if you pick this up and it works for you, I'd love to hear your suggestions/tweaks!
