Agenda & Notes

Explore

This is a fairly simplistic agenda and notes base. I use it to keep notes and web-clippings, and relate them to what I call "agenda items" -- tasks I need to do or thoughts I want to keep in front of my face for a while.

These "agenda items" can be scheduled with a start date (and optionally an end date) on a calendar view, or just kept in the undated list to the side of the calendar. There is a Batch Update block setup to reschedule all "agenda items" from today forward to tomorrow (I prefer not to leave "agenda items" in the past or in an "overdue" state).

I've incorporated a Web-clipper block for keeping notes of webpages I need to remember, or other notes that aren't necessarily "agenda items".

And there's a "projects" table as well, for loosely associating "agenda items" and "notes" together in a "project". I've also incorporated a Page Designer block that is laid out to give an overview of all the notes and agenda items related to the project.

This base is pre-populated with some example data to give an idea of how it is designed to be used.
