The UX Researchers on the Zapier team are tasked with talking to users, getting their feedback, and turning that feedback into actionable insights that can be used by the product and design teams.

We use Zapier and Airtable together to help implement our feedback collection efforts at scale. We started with the User Studies template, and from there, customized the template to better fit our user research processes. There are four main tables, 'People', 'Studies', 'Sessions', and 'Issues/Feedback', to pull all of our data together and make decisions based on that information.
