I took a standard Airtable template and upgraded it to serve my purpose in running masterminds and meetups. This one in particular is used to augment the ZeroToOneMakers Mastermind, of which I am a part.
This is a simple, lightweight template for you to centralize your team members' weekly updates. Everything can be customized to your liking—for example, this template could easily be adapted to daily status updates—so if there's something that doesn't fit how your team does things, go ahead and change it!
This template is comprised of two tables. The first table, **Check-ins**, is built around a form. Each teammate submitting updates fills out a form every day, and the responses feed into the Check-ins table. (You can see the form by going to the view switcher and selecting the "Weekly Check-in" form from the dropdown.)
Each teammate selects their own name when filling out the check-in form—the list of available names is populated using a linked record field that's linked to the other table, **Team**. The Team table is a simple list of each of your teammates. Change the names here to change what names appear in the check-in form!
