Our content agency had developed an in-house tool to manage all our internal and external operations, but over time we found that it became more and more difficult to get the information we needed. We needed some way to model the growing and changing relationships with our customers as we grew the business, so we developed this base.

Airtable's views let us pull up just the information that we need. The kanban views, in particular, are extremely helpful so that each writer or team can see just the assignments relevant to them in the context of the entire content production pipeline. We can also create external-facing views to show our customers the progress of their content.
