Here are some of my favorite ways to use it:
I take photos of everything in my short term rental and keep them safely tucked away in my table along with all pertinent information, value and date of the last inventory check.
All of my expenses and income are easily tracked and I am able to have copies of my receipts along with bills, invoices and any other important documents all right here in airtable.

Pro tip: With the airtable app on your phone or tablet, you can quickly take photos right inside the record, no more remembering to attach it later.
