This is the driver onboarding system that we used to scale up Halo Cars. After we validated the idea in the Philadelphia market, we launched in New York City and Chicago, onboarded hundreds of drivers, and scaled up advertising sales, before selling to Lyft - all with a team of 3 cofounders.
What you see here is the system as it stood around when we were acquired by Lyft. It's a bit complex, but don't be intimidated! We started simple, and slowly added complexity over time as we needed additional functionality.
