What better way to build community than through learning from and with each other? At Nashville UX we're doing exactly that with our peer-to-peer library, backed by an Airtable that allows our members to browse a gallery of available books and submit books they're willing to lend.

The requests are made in our slack team, where we have a dedicated #books channel for swapping book lists and reading notes. There's some manual upkeep required to make sure everything flows appropriately, but the results are well worth it!
