As our content marketing agency has grown and evolved, it's become more and more important to look back on our past customers to better understand our ideal customer profile.

Because all of our customer data already lives in Airtable, we can easily pull insights from it using Blocks.

We make heavy use of Charts and Timeline to look for patterns like:

  • Companies of what type tend to stick around? Which tend to churn faster?
  • When do companies churn in the customer lifecycle? Do they drop off during onboarding, or do you have a problem with continuing engagement and retention later in the customer lifecycle?
  • Who are my most valuable customers? Who are my most profitable?

When you combine your customer data with your people data, expenses and your production pipeline, you can synthesize a lot of information using Blocks to understand how to best serve the right customer for you and grow your business in the best way possible.
