Our thoughts make up our beliefs. Beliefs drive our behaviors which directly affect what we experience in life. When we think better we do better. But this takes practice.

This 7-day challenge will help you limit self-sabotage and help you build the life you truly want.

Tips: For the next 7 days think only on things that are true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy.

​

Avoid fault-finding, judgmental and critical conversations.

Hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil.

​

You will need to change what you currently, listen to, watch or with whom you associate. This mean no news for the week.

​

Enlist the help of a friend and do the challenge together. Hold one another accountable.

​

Be attentive to your own voice and watch what comes from your mouth for the next 7 days. Be especially aware of what you say about YOU.

​

Write down any thoughts or feelings you have at the end of each day.

​
