Fragment Screening Candidate submission form

This is the first step in creating a new protein target in the Program in Chemical Biology fragment screening pipeline. It is important to capture as much information about the protein as we can at this stage. If you have questions or need assistance, contact Davin Jensen (djensen@mcw.edu).

Name of PI
Accession IDs from Uniprot, NCBI, etc.
If you are screening multiple proteins, is this target your top priority
Leave blank if unknown
Leave blank if unkown

Any information is appreciated
  • {name}
Exact sequence of submitted protein (including affinity tags, amino acids left after protease cleavage, post-translational modifications, etc.)
  • {name}
How should the sample be stored?
Default storage is at 4°C and default experimental temp is 25°C. If this is not tolerated, indicate preferred storage conditions below
  • {name}
Is your protein sub-cloned into an expression vector?
What expression species?
