CEO Recommendation Form

Thank you for taking the time to recommend a candidate for consideration as Phi Kappa Tau's next CEO. This is a key position for the fraternity, so your thoughtful & considered suggestions are much appreciated. A search committee appointed by the National Council and chaired by Brother William Macak, Past National President, is responsible for the oversight and strategic guidance of this important project.
