NYC Vacant Apartments Database

New York has a housing shortage and persistently vacant apartments are part of the problem. There's a lot that we can do to address this complex problem, and you can be part of the solution. We’ve started a database to keep track of these units so we can hold these landlords accountable and pressure legislators with real examples in their districts. We need YOUR help to submit examples you've seen or have evidence of. Whether the apartment is regulated, unregulated, you have no idea, or if the entire building is vacant, if it's been vacant for a while, we want to know about it.
