Volunteer Interest Form
How do you prefer we contact you? *
How frequent of a commitment are you looking for? *
Be realistic! If you would like to work up to a more frequent commitment, but can't yet do that, go for the less-frequent option and tell us about this in the notes at the bottom.
Availability *
Do you work a 9-5 and only want evenings and weekends? Do you work in the service industry and want anything but evenings and weekends? Are you a teacher or student that has a lot of time but only in the summer?
Be specific!
Skills
Oftentimes people have lots of incredible skills--but that doesn't mean they want to be doing tasks with them in their free time. If you have a specific skill, but would *not* like to be using it in a volunteer role, please don't select it!

Top Interest *
Is there something you've been wanting to learn? A thing you're really good at? A group you think you'd find your people in?
Heads Up: The most common answer to this question, by far, is Hosting/DJing. That does require a fully different application and a show pitch, and is evaluated by a different group than those who read these form responses. We open applications once a year in late summer and it's a competitive process. If this is what you're aiming for, we want to know, so we can help get you to that point. You've already made a great first step by signing up to volunteer: one of the big things we look for in new DJs in demonstrated interest and existing commitment to the station.
What other roles would you be interested in? *
This helps us send you the right things, this is in no way a commitment to signing up for those roles!

Would you like to be on our volunteer email list to be notified of new opportunities?
Are there any accommodations you may need to be successful in a volunteer role?
This could be accessibility for a physical need (for example, our building has stairs and no elevator, so this can mean off-site or remote opportunities). It could also be needing to bring children with you to a shift, severe allergies (such as to dogs--which means we shouldn't bring you in our office), a certain way of learning or processing information, etc.
Do you have any other questions or comments?
If you've got specific experience or skills we missed, let us know here.
