FreeIC Coffee/ Tea Meetup Reimbursement Form

For the first 100 people, whenever 2 or more FreeIC Conversationalist(s) gets together to meet up for the first time, we'll reimburse up to $5 for beverage/snack per Conversationalist. To get the $5 reimbursement you’ll need to complete the following form. Your reimbursement will be sent to you within 48 hours.
