1. Mix cream cheese, ham, cheese, green onion, and mustard together in a bowl until well mixed.
2. Use salt and pepper to season.
3. Brush with melted butter the bread strips, then turn over.
4. Divide the filling equally into three pieces of bread, spreading over the unbuttered side.
5. Use another slice of bread to top each bit, then butter side up.
6. Grill on a hot pan for about 2-3 minutes each side.
