Box Office Ticket Submission Form
Please fill out this form in order for JAHC staff to list your event through our ticketing service. Full descriptions are appreciated, and allow staff to get the task done more easily. If you have questions about what / how to submit, you may always call (907) 586-2787. Please allow 3-4 business days for staff to put your event online. Ticket sales do not begin immediately after form submission. You can read more about the JAHC ticketing service on our website, www.jahc.org, under the resources tab. We charge $10 to set up your tickets and 3.5% to cover credit card fees. Patrons will pay a $2 per ticket fee for the use of the ticketing software and a 4% credit card fee when they purchase online.

Simple Event Description *
This description will appear for any staff selling tickets at the JACC and as the event info for online sales. Think of it as your marketing pitch, along with any relevant information. It's good to include:
- Presenting Organization & Event Title
- 2-3 sentences about the event / entertainers
- When will doors open, when does concert begin?
- Are there extra things happening at the event - food / bar / auction / other activities
- What are the recommended ages for attendees?
- Anything else you deem relevant

Usual selections are JACC & Hearthside Books. Centennial Hall is now equipped to sell tickets as well (but is under renovation through August 2023).

Ticket Prices *
Please list ticket types and their corresponding prices. For example, the JAHC's usual ticket types and prices are:
General Admission (18-65): $24
Senior (65+): $18
Student (K - 12): $15
Child (5 and under): $5
