1oz Jacoulot Petit Brandy
0.5oz vanilla vodka
0.5oz Do Ferreiro Licor de Café de Galicia
0.5oz Demerara Syrup (2:1 unrefined sugar : water)
1oz Espresso shot (or) Cold brew concentrate
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, and shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe. Optionally garnish with espresso beans or express orange oil.
