1oz Jacoulot Petit Brandy

0.5oz vanilla vodka

0.5oz Do Ferreiro Licor de Café de Galicia

0.5oz Demerara Syrup (2:1 unrefined sugar : water)

1oz Espresso shot (or) Cold brew concentrate

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe. Optionally garnish with espresso beans or express orange oil.

0.75 oz Do Ferreiro Licor de Hierbas

0.5 oz Acha Pacháran

~4 oz Trabanco Poma Aurea

Chill the Licor de Hierbas and Pacháran in the freezer, and then measure into a chilled glass. Carefully add approximately 4 oz Trabanco Poma Aurea and serve.
