Ludwinowska 7 prem. 8, 30 – 331 Cracow, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Cracow – Śródmieście in Cracow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000573881 (the “Representative"). In all matters related to the processing of personal data by the Company, you can contact with the Representative at rodo@enso.org
I. Purposes and the legal basis of the processing
We will process your personal data:
in order to carry out the recruitment process, in the scope of: name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and the course of previous employment. If you apply for the employment based on an employment agreement, the legal basis for the processing of the above-mentioned personal data is a legal obligation (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR in connection with Article 221 of the Polish Labor Code). If you apply for employment based on another type of agreement, the legal basis for the processing is taking actions necessary to conclude an agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
in order to carry out the recruitment process, on the basis of your consent to the processing of your personal data provided in the CV, form and other recruitment documents other than those indicated above in point 1., (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR),
in order to implement the legitimate interest of the controller in the scope of data obtained from you during the recruitment process in connection with checking your skills and abilities needed to work in the position specified in the advertisement. The basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
in order to pursue a legitimate interest of the controller in i.e. asserting or defending against possible claims related to the recruitment process (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
in order to carry out future recruitment processes, on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
II. Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data and to receive a copy of it, the right to request rectification (correction), deletion or limitation of the processing of your personal data, as well as - insofar as your personal data are processed by automated means on the basis of your consent or a contract - the right to transfer your personal data.
You have the right to object to the processing of data processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, indicated above in point I.

In addition, in accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
III. Data storage period
in the scope indicated in points I.1, I.2 and I.3, your data will be kept for the time necessary to conduct this recruitment,
in the scope indicated in point II.4, your data will be stored for the period of limitation of claims arising from the law, ,
in the scope indicated in point II.5, your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the date of consent or until you withdraw your consent (whichever occurs first).
IV. Data recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions specified by law and to processors that provide services to the Company and to whom these data are entrusted.
V. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country / international organization in connection with the provision of IT and infrastructure services to the Company based on binding corporate rules / standard contractual clauses.
VI. Providing personal data such as your name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education and the course of previous employment is a condition for participation in the recruitment process. In the remaining scope, providing personal data is voluntary.
VII. Automated decision making
Please be advised that we do not make decisions in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
VII. Consent and information about the possibility of withdrawing consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. The declaration of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be sent to the address indicated in point II.
