https://discord.gg/DVS6wvx We use Discord as a tool to support Codefy students in their coding classes and computer science interests. Students can communicate with mentors in real-time on the platform. You are required to have a Discord account and join our server if you are in 8th grade or above. Once you have joined our Discord server, check this box.

✍️ Because our volunteers are dedicating their own time to offering our coding classes completely free of cost, we ask that all students affirm the following statements by printing their name below.

I will show respect to all students and volunteers within the Codefy community. I will respectfully and diligently attend ALL class sessions unless an emergency prevents me from doing so. Only two excused absences will be permitted. In the event of an absence, I will notify my class directors at least 2 days prior to class and complete any assigned material so I am able to participate in class upon my return. I will only use class materials (Google Classroom resources, lab documents, slideshows, recordings, etc.) for their intended purpose and will not copy or redistribute materials for use outside of Codefy classes.

By printing my name below, I hereby give permission for images of me/my child to be used solely for the purposes of Codefy promotional material and publications, including but not limited to: publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
