Smorgasburg Vendor Application

Startups and seasoned chefs alike all begin by applying online here. We are currently accepting applications for the 2024 season, which will begin in April and run through the end of October. If we're interested in your application, you'll receive an email within a few days from us with information on next steps. Once invited for a tasting, we'll ask you a few questions about your concept and sample your food; the process will last 20-30 minutes. Then, soon after the tasting, we'll let you know if you've been accepted or not. At that time we'll share all the details about being a Smorgasburg vendor, from permits to insurance to loading in and out. We strongly encourage applicants to visit the market in person before proposing a menu—we rarely consider applications for items already represented by current vendors.
