Are you an experienced music instructor interested in joining Tunelark's platform to manage & grow your lesson studio? Here's what Tunelark offers instructors: • We provide a new channel for students to discover you and book a trial lesson. • We work with you to create a professional, polished, shareable online profile presenting you as a Certified Tunelark Instructor, highlighting your background and skills, and showcasing your testimonials and any videos you choose to include. • We provide promotional tools you can use to promote your studio on social media, drawing in new students. • We charge students automatically and pay instructors via direct deposit. We guarantee payment, and we take responsibility for making sure students pay for lessons. • We provide comprehensive scheduling tools enabling you to automate scheduling for your studio. We send out calendar invites and optional lesson reminders. • Instructors get full access to Tunelark's teaching product. Tools include 150+ educational games, an option for students to record themselves playing, a file sharing tool integrated with the student's classroom, and more. • As independent contractors, instructors work for themselves, set their own schedules, and use their own approach to teaching. By partnering with Tunelark, instructors receive ongoing marketing and administrative support as they grow and maintain their private lesson studio with the help of Tunelark's comprehensive studio management and promotional tools. Here's what you need to know before applying: As part of the application process, you will undergo a full background check, education verification, and a social media check. We will also ask you to have former or current students submit testimonials directly to us as part of your onboarding process if we decide to move forward together. Teaching Experience
Have you taught 1-on-1 music lessons to at least 15 students across a period of at least 2 years? In full transparency, this is a fairly stringent requirement. That said, if the answer is "No" and you are still inclined to apply, please convey in the application why an exception is warranted.

At this time, Tunelark is only able to work with instructors as 1099 contractors who pay U.S. taxes.

For each instrument, please list what skill level you are comfortable teaching. For example: Piano - Advanced Guitar - Intermediate Ukulele - Beginner Keep in mind, your performance skills for each instrument will be assessed via your video submissions. We expect a demonstration of skills that are a level above what you plan to teach. To teach advanced piano, for instance, we would expect a professional-level piano performance in your video submission. To teach beginner piano, we would expect an intermediate-level piano performance in your video. An advanced-level performance in at least 1 instrument is expected regardless of what level you plan to teach.

If you already have a recording of you teaching a class or lesson or workshop or tutorial video, feel free to simply share the link to that.
