1 oz BCN Gin
0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
0.75 oz sweet vermouth
Stir lightly and strain into a chilled glass or onto a large ice cube. Finish with an expression of orange peel over the top of the glass.
1.75 oz BCN Gin
1 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz simple syrup or 0.5 oz agave nectar
6-7 Mint Leaves
Shake well and double strain onto fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig (can also add fresh berries on a cocktail skewer).
