Each Cover is tailor-made using our pre-engineered building system. Pricing is calculated based on the type and number of components in your particular design, rather than a general per square foot cost, allowing us to quickly provide you with fixed, up-front, and accurate pricing specific to your project.

OBY will pay you up to $500/month if you let us build and rent out an affordable, sustainable, OBY House in your backyard.

Our end goal is more than a completed house, it is about hope and restoration and building a better society together.   

This is reflected in our innovative building process. We build our modular manufactured homes units in a unique work training program with inmates inside of the California Correction System as well as youth building programs outside the prison. The inmates receive practical job training and earn certifications in the various construction trades which make them highly employable when they finish their terms and reintegrate into society.

Zomes are 246 sq.ft. spaces (larger sizes coming soon) that can be used as a tiny home/ADU, guest space, art studio, office space or whatever you can imagine. Zomes are designed to easily be assembled by our team of expert builders in just 4-6 days. We keep it quick and efficient. No crane, special tools, or gluing required during assembly. If you have to relocate, our innovative design allows you to move your Zome any time with as much effort as was put in during assembly.

Zomes are built with carbon neutral bio-ceramic cement, cellulose insulation and other earth-friendly materials. They are built to be extremely resilient.
