Gorse Feed Survey

Mahalo for taking this survey. As a result of feed insecurity during the pandemic, Hui Ho'olako for Hawaiian Initiatives began a pilot to harvest invasive gorse from Mauna Kea and process it into a feed product at the Hilo Pana'ewa Feed Mill. The formulation also includes two other locally sourced agricultural byproducts. Your response will help us track interest in Hawai'i produced feed. We will reach out if and when we see an opportunity to work with you. All of your information will be kept strictly private and will not be shared. Hui Ho'olako for Hawaiian Initiatives may share a summary of all survey responses, but your specific answers will never be disclosed. The estimated time to complete this survey is 3-5 minutes.
