Artist Profile Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in working with TRUCK Contemporary Art. Filling out this form will add your information to our artist profile database for projects within our 2024/2025 programming schedule. Please note that submitting your information does not guarantee you will be contacted by TRUCK staff. Due to the volume of submissions received, we cannot provide feedback to individuals who submit. Your information will be kept by TRUCK for one year, after which you can resubmit, adding any updated information.
