Photo Agreement

Pictures and videos are wonderful for social media posts, our newsletter, and elsewhere in NWH's marketing. Northwest Hospitality does not have control over what other volunteers do with pictures they take but we will notify everybody of privacy wishes and NWH will make every effort to honor your request with all official image uses.

Volunteer Roster

The event website will list the names of registered volunteers unless you request to hide this information. All volunteer names will be printed on a hard-copy roster at the event.
