Transportation Equity Caucus New Member Organization Form

The Transportation Equity Caucus (TEC) is a diverse coalition of national, non-profit and community-based organizations who are working together to advance transportation justice policies and practices that ensure access, mobility, and opportunity for all. The Caucus is a leadership body that aims to transform transportation policies at the local, state, and federal levels through coalition building and advocacy. The TEC is chaired by PolicyLink. Please visit our website (https://equitycaucus.org/) for more information about the TEC. TEC membership is limited to community-based and grassroots organizations, who can be local, state or national in scope, but is not open to governmental entities or unaffiliated individuals. We prioritize the voices of frontline and Black Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) led organizations, although any organizations who advance transportation equity efforts and fit the above descriptions are eligible to join. Individual staff within the same organization do not need to apply separately, and therefore only one application is needed per organization. TEC membership has different levels of involvement that work best for you and your organization, and includes roles such as work group co-leads, work group members, full caucus members and ad-hoc members. Additional details about membership participation levels are shared in the bi-monthly full Caucus calls. Interest forms will be reviewed by the TEC co-chairs. This form is to express interest in joining TEC, however, it is not a confirmation of membership; we will review all organizational applications and we may reach out to candidates with potential follow up questions or for more information.
