Required documents (.doc, .xls or .pdf): - One-page description of the conference or symposium, including prospective and confirmed participants, intended audience, and potential outcomes; - Budget, justifying requested amount and identifying other sources of funding equal to or greater than the amount requested from HI; - Organizing department/entity letter of support from Chair/Director. Once you have submitted this form, please email huminst@buffalo.edu to confirm your submission has been successfully received and recorded.
