CAPD Room Reservation Request Form

This form is required for DLCs or student organizations to request the use of the on-campus interview rooms in E17-294 Monday through Friday. The CAPD interview wing has a total of 21 interview rooms, an employer lounge/mini kitchen, changing rooms, and lockers for visitors to store personal belongings. Use of the space M - F, between 9 - 5pm during peak on-campus recruiting activity which takes place September - October and February is dependent on availability and may incur a fee. Requests for using the space on the weekends will incur additional staffing fees. Each of the 21 interview rooms comes equipped with a table, 2-3 chairs, a phone, a large dry-erase board, and a filing cabinet for storing personal belongings. NOTE: Employers requesting space must do so directly through Handshake.

Trash removal fee of $140 will be charged if space is used on weekends. No trash fees apply Monday –Friday
Your DLC or student organization may be charged for the following where appropriate: fee for use of the rooms during our peak recruiting season, additional trash removal, or cleaning that is needed.
