Apply for the 99K ADU Project

Are you open to building a very small ADU (under 300 sq ft)? One of the things that helps us keep the budget low is smaller footprints. There are still a lot of unknown variables and I don't want to expose homeowners to too much risk if they aren't financially secure. Once we've completed a few 99K ADUs, there will be opportunities for people who have difficulty accessing capital but this first run really needs to be reserved for people who won't be devastated by spending 99K.

To be honest, I'd love to work with homeowners who are comfortable with an over-run of $20k-$30k. If you watch the channel at all, you'll know that I am very interested in hitting the smallest cost possible on all these projects. So I won't charge you more just because you can afford it. Having said that, I'll have more options for homeowners who have the cushion because there are some construction methods we have access to where the range of costs is wider.
