I used a freeware program called Sizer to make my Fusion window exactly 3000x1700.
Render test time was normalized to 3000x1700 pixels. Actual time was 536s at 3456x2234. Reducing window size to an estimated 3000x1700 resulted in render times which were similar to the normalized time.
